The location is really nice, everything is easily accessible, the kitchen is quite thought out and well equipped. The A/C works well. The owner was really helpful and was quickly replying to our questions during the stay.
The room is smaller than it looks like on the photos, so it probably wouldn't be comfortable for 4 people, we were 3 and it was fine.
The biggest problem was not with property itself, but with the booking process. I was travelling for a work trip (conference), and booked this room to stay with my colleagues because it was cheaper then the conference venue and more comfortable. Initial payment was processed in April, then on the 13th of May I extended the stay to one day more and payed the additional amount. On 14th of May Booking.com cancelled the booking citing card processing issues (on my side everything was fine), refunding the extension payment (90€), but not the original one (450€). I contacted both the owner and the support immediately and rebooked the property for the same dates. Up to now, I was not able to get the original payment (450€) back, with the support saying that they contacted the owner to ask for the refund and the owner telling me to contact the support instead of bothering them without anything really moving forward.
If I would get any updates, I would update this review accordingly and hopefully give a better score because this place is really nice.
