This guy unpolite and don't have any respect he cancelled my reservation in the same arrival day after I called him more of 10 times and hang up the call in I'm face he already confirmed my reservation before the arrival date more than 2 weeks and um already paid whole amount and after that booking customer service just wait to 7 days to return your amount and I was in different city I don't know anyone there and I don't have enough money to make another reservation
