🌟 A memorable experience in Sunny Beach – I highly recommend it!
The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded all our expectations. It’s located on the second-to-top floor, offering the most beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the entire city—the view from the luxurious balcony is simply breathtaking, both at sunrise and in the evening!
The location is perfect; it also has a large pool with clean water, as well as a free parking spot assigned to the apartment. The property is close to downtown and, practically, close to everything you might need: the beach, restaurants, an amusement park (just a few steps away), shops (Carrefour just a few steps away), and the main promenade, as well as the free beach area with fine sand and a gently sloping entry into the water.
You can walk everywhere without worrying about your car in the parking lot, since the parking area is monitored by video surveillance.
What impressed us the most:
👍 Spotless cleanliness: Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, from the linens and towels to the kitchen and bathroom.
👍 Fully equipped: You won’t be missing a single thing! The hosts thought of every detail. We even found ice cubes in the freezer, cooking oil, sugar, toothpicks, a wine opener, two fully functional air conditioners, a dishwasher and washing machine, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and plenty of pots and pans.
👍 The apartment is fully equipped, just like a home of your own!
⭐ Attention to detail: We were extremely surprised to find that the amenities included a professional beach umbrella and beach chairs, as well as some beach toys for the kids. This little “bonus” saved us from extra expenses and ensured maximum comfort at the beach.

It's only a ADVICE:
- It’s not safe to have the keys left at the door; IDEALLY, you should receive them from a dedicated person or have a small SAFE near the door that you open with a combination and then leave the keys there when you leave.
Overall, the owner was very honest and kindly-open, answering instant at all our questions by WhatsApp (in English).

Гарне та зручне місцерозташування. Тихий район дуже близько пляж та різноманітні розваги, супермаркети, лунапарк.
Чудово, що є своя парковка з охороною.
Красиві та сучасні апартаменти.
Є кондиціонери, кавомашина, посудомиюча машина, пральна машина, мікрохвильова піч та інші зручності для життя.
Не завжди працював ліфт, а мені з маленькою дитиною та коляскою це завдавало проблем.
В нашому корпусі не було води в басейні, очікували інший вид з вікна та хотіли відпочивати біля нього.
Хочу дати рекомендацію, в номері не має чим протерти та прибрати підлогу, а для жильців з дітьми це трохи не зручно, тим паче що пісок з пляжу заноситься.

Номер очень просторный - три спальни, гостинная, совмещённая с кухней, и два санузла. Из каждой комнаты есть выход на большую террасу. Пляж расположен близко (около 300 метров). На кухне есть холодильник, электроплита, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, капсульная кофеварка.
Нет микроволновки. Интернет очень плохой.
