It is cosy, had separate kitchen with dining, with all the staff we needed, and beautiful old fashioned bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortably set up. Huge terrace is amazing. 5 minutes from bus going on the many beaches surrounding the town. 5 minutes to the old town by foot. Great communication with the owner.
It isn’t bad recommendation, but such a huge terrace should be little bit cleaned once in few days, by you who stayed there. I find it normal because of the weather condition and wind. For me it was pleasure and make us more comfortable it can lower temperature outside on very hot days.

Es céntrico y con posibilidad de aparcar, aunque hay bastante ocupación. La casa es grande y amable, y la terraza muy bonita
En agosto con tanto calor se echa de menos algún aire acondicionado más, solo lo había en el dormitorio.
Un microondas vendría bien.

Sicuramente la posizione è favorevole rispetto al centro di Alghero. Così come d'estate il terrazzo è sicuramente un plus molto bello e utile da utilizzare
Se si vuole affittare la struttura tutto l'anno occorre più cura e che sia attrezzata anche per l'inverno: il riscaldamento dato da un condizionatore d'aria funzionava solo in camera da letto; per il bagno ci è stata portata una stufetta elettrica; le coperte erano sporche e puzzolenti; le tende della camera erano sporchissime; le stoviglie vecchie e rovinate; avanzi di precedenti utenti negli armadietti degli alimenti. Ci era stata prospettata l'accoglienza per l'orario indicato, invece abbiamo ricevuto una telefonata poco prima del nostro arrivo che ci avvisava che le chiavi le avremmo trovate in un box attaccato alla porta. Non abbiamo incontrato nessuna persona durante il nostro soggiorno e abbiamo dovuto chiedere per whatzupp qualsiasi istruzione: wifi, riscaldamento, etc etc
