Space is clean, beautifully decorated and scented, and has everything you need! There’s great Mountain View from the window. My every stay there was pleasant - will come back again if I’m in Nice.
The location is great! Only 7 minutes walk to the train station.

A personal tour of the accomodation from the landlord Helene included a bounty of free snacks and drinks. This little chalet was fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged with interesting animal art. The view from the kitchen was expansive, and the house was spotlessly clean. I stay a lots of rentals in Nice, and this was the best! Excellent communication. It's nice to rent from a real person instead of a faceless corporation. I will surely return.
There's a slight hill or a big staircase to reach the building. Good exercise!

Fantastic location, super close to the trams but also to the Riquier train station making getting anywhere a breeze. Good restaurants within walking distance too. Fantastic value, with care and attention throughout. A really excellent stay and I look forward to coming back!!
