Great option to stay one maybe two nights. There are utensils and actually a full blown kitchen and even an oven. Fresh bed, clean bathroom. Accessible with public transport. The price in my case was more than adequate. The team was responding fast and on point.
The room while acceptable did not have any windows that lead to the street. The only window is into the corridor. You have to keep it open in order for the fresh air to come in. If you want to have a place to sleep for one or two nights, it is acceptable.
In my specific case one of the guests was acting strange, but the case was handled by the team.
Lastly, the choice of cafes and restaurants in the area is quite limited, so you either need to take a bus somewhere central, or use the kitchen(which is actually really well equipped)

It was very convenient that there were two toilets. We also liked the fact that we had our own television in our room. The beautiful kitchen with the bog fridge also contributed to our wonderful time at Koblenz corner rooms.
We had a bit of a struggle with the wifi connection in our room (Room 1). The door within the building before you go into the apartment gave us some trouble, as the key was often tricky to turn from the outside.

Unkompliziertes Check in mit Schlüsselbox
Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, was für mich ein Ausschluss-Kriterium ist. Die beiden Zimmer ohne Fenster nebeneinander sind aus einem großen Zimmer zusammengeschustert worden, damit ein Flur für den Zugang zu dem folgenden Zimmer entstanden ist. Es wird also mit jedem cm Geld generiert. Das Zimmer riecht muffig und alle Klamotten nach 2 Tagen ebenfalls. Ich musste meine Zimmertüre offen lassen damit ich es überhaupt aushalten konnte, und man hörte den Gast im Nebenzimmer atmen! Mit geringstem Sanierungsaufwand maximalen Gewinn erzielen. Absolut nicht passend für Booking oder Airbnb Niveau, also Ferienwohnung, eher Bauarbeiterniveau, ohne diesen wertvollen Menschen zu nahe zu treten!
