Great location, only 100m from the historic Dunkirk beach, close to sea front restaurants and bars. A spacious and beautiful top floor apartment. Comfortable, well furnished and full of eye catching pictures, ornaments and decorations. The kitchen was generously stocked with milk, coffee & tea, butter, cheese and preserves. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The memory foam pillow on my bed was perfect. The next morning as we were leaving we found that fresh bread and croissants had been left in the bread box outside the front door. Sadly, we didn't have time to enjoy them. Lager the owner called to ask about them, concerned we had not liked them and I had to admit we did not know (or expect) them to be delivered. If you are ever staying there check to see if you breakfast pastries have been delivered before you leave. This was just an overnight visit, but I would happily stay here longer.
This apartment is on the second floor of the building. Anyone who has mobility issues might struggle up them, but the reward at the top is well worth the effort.
