Impeccable service, gorgeous hotel. Was an extremely warm welcome when we arrived and every time we returned from an outing. Loved our room very much, but the real standout is the staff and the exceptional atmosphere they create. Will absolutely be back! Loved the neighbourhood too, just wonderful all around

The Chesterfield is a boutique Hotel in a very old building. Old buildings carry an incredible amount of charm and personality but, as with any old building, there can be an unexpected surprise on occasion. Unfortunately, I had that with my room, but, I have to say, staff was incredibly responsive and quick in making sure I was accommodated and accommodations that were well appreciated. They could not have done enough for me. I have stayed at this hotel more than once in both winter and summer and I find to be quite cozy. Space. It is easy walking distance to shopping, the tube, bus lines, fine restaurants and casual ones alike. I would highly recommend.

The location was absolutely perfect for me. Mayfair is always my number one choice when staying in London, and this hotel made the experience even better. Everything is within walking distance from some of the best restaurants and cafés to shopping and all the places you want to explore during the day
One of the things I loved most about the hotel was the warm welcome and exceptional service from the entire team.Every time I entered the hotel, someone was there to open the door, greet me with a smile and make me feel genuinely welcomed.Every member of staff was incredibly kind, attentive and professional
The cleanliness of the hotel was also impeccable. I didn’t personally get to experience the restaurant during this stay, as I really enjoy discovering different restaurants when I travel, so I wouldn’t want to comment on the food. However, considering the overall quality and service of the hotel, I’m sure the restaurant is equally impressive.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The location, impeccable cleanliness, exceptional service and genuinely attentive staff made the experience truly special\. Mayfair will always be my first choice when staying in London, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. ✨
