I asked where a liquor store was because I wanted to get a bag of ice for my cooler. They respon ded by giving me a bag for free. Having the bar arestaurangt attached is very handy.

Enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was very accommodating, rooms were clean and well maintained. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient for us, all meals there were prepared very well. It is an older hotel but we felt very comfortable. They do not have a hot breakfast, which was fine for us, but provided a selection of pastries and breads, the banana bread was very good, whole fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and other items. The ice dispenser for the hotel was broken but they were happy to provide ice from the restaurant. The only negative that we had were the towels they provided for the rooms, they were thin and a little rough, but it is an older small motel so we had to real issues with that. We will be coming back up to the Raton area and are already planning on staying there. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.
