This is more like a condo stay. No daily housekeeping however you can call the front desk or housekeeping for more linens or coffee as needed. Rooms are comfortable. Rates are according to the position of view and floor group you are on. Elevator service is slow. There is parking for fee on premises.

The place is in a good area , close to the beach stores a restaurants . The room is a little dated , clean in the inside but the balcony was dirty you don’t even want to touch anything . A good view of diamond head on one side and all clutter when you look at your room windows .
Staff were nice and check in was smooth .

This review is regarding room 3803 which is a Mountain View penthouse. It was exactly as pictured, very clean, a little dated but I prefer carpet and some of those more comfortable finishes. I was pleasantly surprised to find the entire suite filled with natural light, sun streaming through in the morning. Plenty of space and storage for suit cases and beach gear. The rest of the property is nothing special but it provides a peaceful oasis in the chaos. It is a bit of a walk to central waikiki but it's close to the beech. I would definitely stay again. I recommend this for a larger group versus cramming into a more centrally located hotel room.
