The waiting time for the elevator was too long during peak time or busy time

We loved the free breakfast; the food was wonderful and it was so convenient to grab a quick bite to start the day. All the staff were helpful, very professional, & courteous.
The only downside to staying here is the elevators were very slow when it’s peak time and can take up to 10 minutes to arrive. We would take the stairs except we were on the tenth floor which made it difficult.
