Parking was convenient and staff was very nice. The room did have some dirtiness, but nothing too concerning. Would recommend and stay there again.

We visited the monroeville area to check out the dawn of the dead mall. The hotel was by far the most affordable in the area by a large margin and the reviews mostly positive.
The hotel is perfect value for money. Its not as slick as some of the more expensive hotels but you get great bang for your buck.
No coffee machine in the room was a slight letdown but theres a mcdonalds, a grill, a Starbucks and other options a short walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is set back from the road so quiet at night. The air con works wonders (though slightly noisy) and the shower has good pressure and the water is warm. There's decent WiFi and tv, a fridge and microwave. There's also decent public transport to pittsburgh itself and I even got a decent deal on uber for the evans city cemetery (night of the living dead) worth your consideration

The hotel is definitely in need of remodeling. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The hotel was decent for an overnight stay.
