We stopped on a Monday. We chose to get off hwy 75 as we've tried so many of the I75 hotels/motels. It's an older motel but they are working hard to make it nice. Room was clean-really clean. Not " fancy" but nice. The lady that met us at the desk was super helpful. We arrived in time to do some sightseeing. County has 9 covered bridges. We drove to the Cataract Bridge and the falls which included the largest waterfalls in Indiana. Again, the check in lady was awesome to point out some "to go" places. We are heading home today and plan to stay here at the mid-way point home.

Exactly what we’d hoped, clean, safe, cheap

The hotel rooms have been renovated and show as pictured. The facility is clean and well maintained. You can tell the hotel is an older facility that has been updated. The check-in / check-out process was seamless. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and most helpful. The facility was quiet.
It would be helpful to know there is no elevator.
The breakfast is very basic. We ended up eating elsewhere to have hot food.
The ice machine worked well. I don’t see that at every hotel.
Those dark bricks used to outline areas near the entrance and vending machine areas could be a potential trip hazard (just sayin’)
Otherwise, it was a delightful stay.
