Although the property is older, my room was well maintained and very clean. The onsite staff who maintain the rooms were incredibly nice, attentive, and helpful. Also, my room was very quiet.
I had zero complaints on my stay. However, the units use room type air conditioners which might bother some sleepers. I discovered it completely masked any outside sounds and facilitated better sleep.

Easily located and short ride to DePauw’s campus. Quick and easy check in/check out. Great and professional customer service. Economical find!
Although, the room was very clean and had clean fresh paint and lighting, maybe better bedding, pillows and curtains can be updated.
