I was on floor 1 the walls in the hallway and bedroom seem to be peeling off n the tube was clog abit.Despite that the hot spring/breakfast/family mate where all great. The staff was friendly and respectful I would recommend this place to anyone who first time to Japan.

onsen shuttle to narita san and aeon mall, breakfast too early finish and morning onsen too early close for jet lagged travelers. Otherwise very comfortable and the big room was very roomy.

We truly appreciate the free shuttle to the airport, JR station and to the mall. We were able to explore places without spending transportation before our check in time. We also enjoyed the variety of food on breakfast. Overall, it was a stay of comfort and convenience.
