The rooms were super clean and and our corner room had excellent view of the space needle. Location is excellent, right in the heart of U-district.
When our TV stopped working on day 2 of our week long stay, they were kind enough to move us to an equivalent room after trying to repair the TV for 2 days. However the desk provided in all rooms is pretty useless for working through the week as the chair that goes with it brought my neck in alignment with the table top instead of my elbows. Completely impractical and they definitely need to upgrade the chairs in all the rooms. On the plus, they do provide a long table as workspace in the lobby so that definitely worked out as it was a working week-long stay. Also on the day of checkout which was at 11am, three members of housekeeping stopped by at different times to ask if we wanted cleaning!! :)
The cafe in the hotel is good. They had good tea/lemonade and good snacks/breakfast items. I would stay here again if I had a chance as the ambience is very charming although they could do with a few improvements.

For the price of the hotel, the rooms should have been renovated. The rooms looked like they really needed work.

Despite there being slight noise pollution from room to room (I hear children above) this was a very great stay. I would recommend
