From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Yes there is work being done on the lobby and the building is being painted but that just means the Marriott cares and is clean on the outside as well as the inside. We stay at least once a year to visit family. Always a pleasure to stay at the Fishkill Marriott Courtyard!!

The outstanding customer service at the Fishkill Marriott blew me away. My first mistake was booking a on a third party app (ahem) that is known for long wait times followed by poor customer service.
Immediately after booking I noticed that I had accidentally entered the wrong date for my nonrefundable room. My heart sank at the thought of dealing with third party and potential headache and fees. Fortunately I thought to call the hotel directly and the receptionist promptly and kindly resolved the booking error with no questions asked.
After a restful night, we drove several states away to bring my kid to college. While unpacking his dorm essentials, I had the realization that I had left my special good pillow behind in Fishkill. When I called the hotel, the head manager answered the phone directly. He put me on hold for a bit, tracked down the pillow and stored it in his office until I passed back through town almost a week later. Service like this is what makes an already great stay feel exceptional.
