My hotel room was in a terrible state - it was dirty and had a horrible smell. I reported the issue to the receptionist, who then showed me four alternative rooms. Unfortunately, most of them had the same problem, but I was lucky enough to find one that didn't smell bad.

Excellent property-- helpful.
We would appreciate a shopping map of the area, showing restaurants.
Breakfast area too small- only had 3 tables . Breafast time on weekdays was 6:30 - 9:00 . Phone in the room wasn't working. The breafast attendant was so helpful.. full marks for her. Breafast was adequate.

We enjoyed the landscaping outside. Hopefully one day there will be a elevator & the breakfast area be alot more bigger. Thanks
