I honestly would give them excellent but they are still updating rooms. When we first walked in, my first impression was not like walking into a chain hotel…but it was so clean! The finish was actually scrubbed off the tub…but it was CLEAN! For me it’s all about safety and cleanliness. I felt secure with their many cameras and staff on duty. It’s a small family owned hotel and that makes a huge difference! I was willing to pay $1,047 at Holiday Inn for 3 days but they jerked me around. The Classic Dessert Aire was 1/3 the price. Breakfast to order was good and we had the beautiful pool to ourselves almost the whole weekend. NO REGRETS

My partner and I stayed here after an exhausting all-day drive from Sedona. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast at the cafe the next morning was delicious!
