There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room.

STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ONLY REAL COMPLAINT IS THAT I AM A SHORT PERSON AND THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER WERE TOTALLY OUT OF MY REACH. THE LOCATION FOR THESE ITEMS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME AS EVEN AN AVERAGE HEIGHT PERSON WOULD BE STRETCHING.

It would have been nice to use the gym or the pool. The website said the pool would be open by July 31 but upon arrival they said it would be a couple more weeks. That was disappointing.
