Overall the room itself was good. The bedroom was clean and the bathroom looked newly renovated/cleaned. The living room couch was a little bit questionable, but otherwise okay. The room was very oddly laid out with dead space.
The perfume/cleaning products/smell in the entrance and hallways. It was like Glade had exploded everywhere; it was so gross and sickly sweet. My family has allergies and they literally held their breath in the hallways. Thankfully, it did not permeate into the rooms too badly. But please layoff that smell; not everyone can handle scents so you should think about natural smells or unscented. The other thing was the noise in the hallways; loud talking, yelling and doors banging all night. Our room door did not insulate the sound at all so sleep wasn't very good. And then breakfast....yuck!! It's extremely rare that I will walk away from a free, included breakfast to go pay money somewhere else, but we couldn't stomach it to eat there. The "eggs" looked like pieces of yellow sponges that were cut into odd chunks. Everything just looked so cheap and of poor quality, that we put down our plates and walked out and went to an actual restaurant. You need to improve the quality of your food! We won't be staying at this hotel again because of the above reasons.
