Employees was very nice and friendly my only downside was that my TVs didn’t work. They change the rooms and the TV did

If you get the right room it might be nice?

The front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating.

The first room smelled musty. The second room smelled like mold and had a torn curtain. The 3rd room was clean,smelled good but no shower curtain.

It was interesting. I stay in the Courtyard often.

It appeared to be under staffed.

We where placed in an occupied room, The hotel was dated. Street people hanging around

Clean sheets and bathroom was most important.

Not clean!! Carpets, and elevator nasty. The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. Ice machine broken. Stayed 2 nights and room was not serviced. A/c didn’t work properly. Staff was nice enough.

Will not be staying there ever again. Will not be referring to anyone.

Nothing. Very disappointing stay. Hotel in change of hands. No supplies. Staff on social phone calls ignoring our needs. Everything we ordered we were told truck didn't come with delivery. We were placed facing work equipment that never moved. Land line suspended not working and staff didn't know why.

Everything. Honesty. Facility was not a Marriott hotel representation.

Clean, quiet, comfortable

The hotel staff was very accommodating, and the food bar area was great peaceful

The only dislike I had was that the phone in the room did not work to call the front desk and we needed a hairdryer when we got there and got it on the last night that we were going to be there and we were there for two days

The location

There were no alcohol beverages, the laundry equipment were out of order, the pool wasn't open, the desk clerks were not as helpful and I believe they might have been new employees & wasn't very knowledgeable.

The WORST hotel stay I've ever had! DISGUSTING HOTEL

The staff tried to assist with the horrible conditions of the hotel.

This hotel is completely run down. We've stayed here several time before covid with never any issues. So we were very disappointed to see everything is stained and dirty from the furniture/bed, the sheets, to the walls and the floor. We had to move to 3 different rooms, being the first room we walked in was completely dirty and never cleaned after the last guest. The second room was not a king as we booked. The king bed we finally received was sunken in so badly we were almost laying on top of each other. The worst hotel stay I've ever experienced in my life!

Nice hotel room

The location and the fact our windows were broken out of our vehicle and personal items stolen. Never received a police report. Damage and stolen merchandise should have gotten more than 20% off room.

when we arrived the security guard told us to be careful where we parked because of so many break-ins… we checked in was put on 3rd floor..no problem until we went to get on elevator.. it was not working so my husband said we can’t do 3 flights of steps because I recently had knee replacement.. he finally got us a room on 1st floor seemed to be a nice room but when we checked the sliding glass door it was unlocked and it would not lock because the lock was bent…the shower curtain was half way off.. no light working on one side of bed and no light cover on either side… we left because we did not feel safe.. also the people in room next to us was playing rap music real loud and this was at midnight !!! I will be asking for a refund !! I have pictures as proof !!!

Paying for breakfast when it was supposed to be included when I booked. Paying extra money than my price with booking co.

Avoid staying directly in Memphis.

Nothing comes to mind.

First, the room I booked was for a King bed with Sleeper Sofa. When I walked into the room my "sleeper sofa" was a chair with an ottoman. When I first checked in the TV didn't work. The front desk told me when that happens to unplug it and it will reset, it did. Hotel had an intense smell of cleaning supplies throughout the hallways. Bed felt like your old springy pull out couch mattress, not comfortable. Hotel advertises security on site but on the first night there were over a half dozen cars broken into (Saturday night). Luckily I was not hit, but when I asked the front desk what happened and where was security he said "it's Memphis, it happens". I will say that dozens of hotels were hit across Memphis so this was not isolated but still unnerving. Second night was sleepless listening for car alarms.

The location to my work

Price was extremely high. I am a nurse and needed a place to stay during bad weather. The price was $200.00. Will not stay again for that price.

The bed was comfortable & the lobby was very nice.

3rd floor smelled like a nursing home & there was water damage in our room. Also, we were informed that breakfast would be available. However, the next morning the concierge was rude about not serving breakfast due to the holidays. Overall, I would stay again.
