For a three-night stay, this place did the trick. The check-in process was easy, and the woman at the Front Desk was pleasant enough. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but the room was pretty well-kept and the housekeeping staff was friendly. Aside from a few issues (tricky tub faucet, slow-draining bathroom sink, shower rod not fully secured, and a very brief overnight power outage one night), everything was okay. My room had a view of the front lawn, which is nicely landscaped, and a partial view of the mountains in the distance. They had a standard breakfast setup (pastries, coffee, cereal, waffle maker) that I didn't get the chance to check out. The vending machine selection was a bit sparce but I grabbed essentials from a nearby gas station. Overall, the stay was as expected. The AC, microwave, fridge, and iron were all in good order in the room. An AirBnb would probably be a bit more comfortable, but for a simple, no-frills place to rest your head for a few nights, it works. I visit the area a few times per year, and would likely stay here again.
