Your Staff , especially the overnight staff that works with visitors from other countries at checkin, has been absolutely phenomenal. When I needed to make adjustments , they were there to help me every step of the way.
When I arrived and I needed to have my clothes cleaned because it was so hot and I had just arrived from the airport. They quickly assisted me and had my clothes back to me.The next day.
I would absolutely suggest this destination hotel to anyone visiting dubai.
