Pool Was broken/closed. Staff at check-in was outstanding. Rooms and inside building very clean and in good condition. Walking distance to several restaurants. Excellent value.

I booked this hotel and then I saw all the reviews. I have stayed in Quality Inns before so I had an idea of what to expect. The staff members were awesome. The elevator has been fixed. The hallway and room did smell slightly of cigarettes. There are lots of food options close by. At first I thought there was no hot water in the shower, but then I saw the H had a blue dot and the C had a red dot. So I turned the handle back towards the red dot, and then the water was hot. Yay! The hotel is next to a busy road, so I would bring earplugs if that is a problem for you. It's not that bad, though. I just wear earplugs in hotels anyway because they are noisy, in general. I got really good sleep, and that's what counts! The coffee goes quick around here, so if it's out, you just have to ask someone to make another pot. Pretty please! I might suggest the hotel get a 2nd air pot to keep it flowing. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. No complaints.
