The overall staff was very nice , when we got to the 9th floor the rugs had a smell, the hotel needs to get an update. I will give it 4 stars

This hotel is nicer than most of the a casinos. Unless you are staying at borgata hard rock or ocean i would recommend this instead....

It is in a great location next to the train station and the staff treated me with respect and dignity, which is the way I would expect to be treated at a hotel. Highly recommended it!!!
