Great property with excellent room and buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very helpful when asked but, given cost if a stay here it was sometimes difficult to get served

Nice stay, hotel a bit dated. Confused why we were told by reception the restaurant was full for dinner, managed to book directly with the restaurant and then found it half empty. Buffet breakfast was overpriced for what was available. Enjoyed our stay though.

Lovely foyer and main entry, but some areas of the hotel are a bit dated. The hotel rooms are quite spread out and paths connecting the rooms back to the hotel are not well laid out or mapped out. The guest laundry has only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, which were running constantly through the day. The parking areas are quite limited and the spaces are narrow, particularly when most vehicles are large 4WD.

"Probably the best spot to stay. Central to the mall and restaurants."
