We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety.
Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.

Staff was very friendly from the check in desk, security, maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast staff.
The whole staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with all our questions and request.
We would absolutely stay at M Stay Hotel again on our next visit!!!
