The room was clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Some issues were being unable to enter through the backdoor and having to do a long circle around to the courtyard each time. Also trying to call a specific elevator because the other one didn't go to my floor.

Amazing property, absolutely beautiful rooms. Staff are great. Location was amazing, close to the Rhine and tons of shops/bars/restaurants/etc. Highly recommend

The room was one of the apartment rooms. Very comfortable with a kitchenette and a spare toilet. I just love this mini apartment room.
The staff are very friendly and always look after me as I have stayed in this hotel for many years on average 5 nights twice a year for business .
Will return in January
