I liked the hotel. The drawback is that it is not really close to the city center. There are buses that pass by the hotel that could get a guest into city centre. It was said that it is a 15 minute walk. That distance did not particularly bode well for an elderly traveler.
The staff is incredible, very helpful and extremely welcoming. That warmth accounted for the feeling of isolation that I might otherwise have had.

The staff here are excellent and super helpful! Parking lot was a bit tricky to find but the receptionist explained it throughly. The room was nice and spacious however there was pee still in our toilet from the previous guests. I think this was a plumbing issue as we had to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times after going to the bathroom everytime for the water to turn clear..the sink also drained super slow. Other than that everything was amazing!
