It’s a beautiful space and very spacious. Located so close to all the shops and tourist attractions, it was great for a quick visit.
The parking is off site - not too far from the building however, you do need to have someone stay in the car while someone else brings their stuff into the building. Parking is not allowed on the street in front.
I wish the space had a bit more storage space in the bedrooms to put our belongings away. We only stayed one night which works fine as we didn’t bother unpacking. It was a nice place to put our heads down for one night.
The other thing is that if you want a late check-out past 11:00 am, it costs $100 more. We really had to rush to get ourselves out in time so we didn’t go out for brunch as planned.
Other than these two things, we really loved the space.

The property was reasonably clean, although a few items needed repair. I communicated these issues to the host, and they responded very quickly. A maintenance technician came the next day and was very friendly and helpful. He even fixed something I hadn’t noticed at first.
The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the waterfront.
The only downside was the room layout. The listing mentioned curtains, but I didn’t realize that the two sleeping areas faced each other and were separated only by a curtain. As a result, you could hear almost everything from the other room, which offered very little privacy.
Overall, I would recommend this property and would happily stay here again on my next trip to the city.

Highly recommend this property! We stayed for 4 nights, and it was the absolute perfect home base for our trip. It features a great location in Lower Old Quebec, leaving us within easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, pubs, and everything that Old Quebec has to offer. Having a full kitchen and a dedicated living room was perfect for chilling out and relaxing both before and after our daily adventures around the city. A wonderful bonus was the small rooftop patio which offered beautiful views of the city and the St. Lawrence River. Logistics were also incredibly easy, as parking was located conveniently nearby and we were able to book and pay for it ($18 a day) directly through Hotels.com. If you are looking for comfort, convenience, and spectacular views, this is the place to stay!
