Located in the mountains, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all in Fujikawaguchiko. Forest Mall is an easy 15-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 3-minute drive to Lake Kawaguchi.

Wonderful staff and a very nice place. Good views of Mount Fuji and the outdoor private bathtub was great for soaking in some hot water. Check in is really easy (you'll need to use a translation app at times if you don't speak Japanese). For US Residents who aren't used to sleeping on the floor on just a futon mat or 2, you may be a bit stiff waking up. We had to ask for a couple of extra mats and the staff was very helpful and understanding. Its about a 30 min walk to town where we rented E Bikes (Cash only for those) which was great for getting around for the day.7-11 is a 5min walk up the road where we could buy plenty of snacks. A few good places to eat not too far of a walk away. The resort also shuttled us back to the train station upon check out. Overall it was very nice.

Thank you to Mr. Ogawa that help us alot during the stay. We received the best service we ever had In this trip to Japan. The villa is super cosy and clean. Superb bathtub and toilet. Overall really worth to stay in FJ Resort!!
