Had a 2 night stay at this property, very happy with our visit, couldn't really fault it to be fair, as we didn't really spend a lot of time there apart from our first night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, had breakfast on both mornings, opted for the classic breakfast, which was ample, the bar was well stocked and plenty staff serving.
If I was to be picky, it is very minor points, I requested a twin room, but had a room for disabled use, so no twin beds or a standard en suite bathroom, tried for a change, but no other room was available, which is fair enough. We had a proper meal on our first night, both our food order was on the dry side, but still edible (I assume due to venue was busy being a Saturday and popular for the carvery?) The décor/furniture in the bar/food area could do with freshening up. Apart from that, I would use it again, was ideal for my purposes.
