It started off on a bad bad start. We were dropped off by our grab driver on a wrong address. Apparently grab don't work that good here. Had to walk about 1 hour before I could find the hotel.
Hotel was really helpful and they sent a car to pick my wife and luggage. And after that during reservation, they wanted 3000 Bhatt cash only. No credit card or USD . Which was not mentioned to us before. Had to go and get the money changed .
Rest room was ok. Mattress was horrible.
But rest cleanliness and size was good. Location was really good. Right in the middle of everything and close to everything . Market. Massage. Shopping , food etc. also Karan Beach, Big Bhudda etc all were near by.
Hotel itself have Massage service, very nice pool and hot tub with mountain views.
A very good restaurant and bar and with live music.
Morning buffet breakfast for 200 Bhatt was not bad either.
Over all a good experience. Except the mattress , initial issue we had in finding the location( which was not hotels fault) and requirement for security deposit in Bhatt cash only.

You get what you pay for.
Large clean room with good A/C.
Take note the deposit is CASH only.
The hotel is near the Karon Market which is great.
The area is not great, street just down from the resort needs cleaning.
There is a 7-Eleven and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Elephant Cafe is recommended.
