Very good size room although wear and tear on places, particularly the shower, which could be repaired. Had an issue with lights in the bathroom not switching off although this was dealt in a timely manner. Lots of staff standing around looking bored and not particularly friendly but that’s a minor issue. Bigger problem was the complete lack of signage and information on where to find restaurants, shops, pool, spa etc. as this is such a large hotel in multiple buildings, this would have been helpful

Excellent example experience with a great set of amenities. The concierge connected me with a driver who made the trip worthwhile.
