Very communicative host, who helped us find parking during the Americas Cup and was very engaged at breakfast. Easy access and bathrooms clean, excellent location directly in center of Cagliari. However the rooms themselves are pretty dated and in need of renovation - unclean walls, damp smell, etc. Recommend they need a thorough touch up.

Very close to all that old town Cagliari has to offer. Easily within walking distances. Were originally concerned about check-in, but found the directions and explanations to be perfect, and all went well. Breakfast was quite good. Room was clean. Andrea was very responsive by Whatsapp and email. It all went smoothly. One problem...not easily directly accessible by taxi, and some walking is involved to get to the room once out of the taxi, but it is not far...part of this caused by confusion of the drivers as to where you can be let off to enter the BB, or picked up, because it is along a pedestrian-only road. Staff was delightful. I would certainly stay here again. Great value for the money.

The room was great, they just need to make sure lights are on while coming up the stairs. It gets very dark while walking up to 3 floor. Its veru dark at night. Location is great and easy access to the city. Finding a parking is not an easy task.
