Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but on the day it should have been cleaned, no one showed up. No clean towels, no trash dumped, nothing. Also, we didn't find out until morning two, that the buffet was $16 a person, which on day 1 no one gave us tickets, front desk didn't mention anything on check in, no one mentioned anything, so it took us by surprise, because it was a standard continental breakfast, nothing fancy. So overall, it was a nice stay, there was just some little things that could have been better.

I had a great time at the Hilton! I arrived late night and was having some trouble with my reservation but Guy the Night Manager and Kristen the General Manager were more than helpful. Honestly made my experience so seamless after a long day. I really appreciate them both for their help and would highly recommend this stay to anyone.
