Wonderful pagoda experience it feels like going home to a nice house every time I stay here the staff are really friendly and helpful it has a nice relaxed vibe and clean . The restaurant is wonderful here too especially the 2/3 course special options if you like dining out experience.
Pool area good though it’s a bit cold at the moment as it’s winter some hotels have a more heated pool option but location of this hotel and nearby really good restaurants make up for any cold pool . It’s quite at night too unlike some other hotels so must have good sound proofing . Which is important .

We had a very enjoyable stay, fabulous amenities, breakfast was really good, plentiful and lots of choice.
My only disappointment was after we checked out an hour later I realised I left a personal belongings in the room. I called the hotel and receptionist told me I had to wait until 3pm to get it back. I drove back to the hotel and said surely someone can enter the room and bring it down to me, it will take less than 2 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. The receptionist was being very difficult and claimed she was following protocol. Very disappointing.

Had a wonderful stay at Pagoda Hotel. Everything was excellent, from the clean and comfortable room to the outstanding service. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
