Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake.
Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual.

Great setting in front of the water, with easy access into and out of Tjörn. Great spa with sauna on the waterfront where you can go for a dip in the sea directly outside of the sauna.
Hotel seemed understaffed and relied on quite junior members of staff. Hard surfaces in our 2 rooms were dusty at check-in. Children are only allowed in the pool between 7:30 and 9 am (pretty much same time as breakfast) and even then, we were turned away when suddenly a water aerobic class was scheduled in the middle of this slot.

The location is unifque! We liked most the sunterrass and the pool. We had a nice meal overlooking the sea!
