Gia Huy Riverside was my first stay for 2 weeks in Vietnam and it really set the bar high! Perfect location and free bikes made it so easy to get to everything I wanted to see. All staff were friendly, Tony and Eric were so helpful and gave great recommendations. Very comfortable stay for solo female traveller.
Linen and bathroom very clean.
Breakfast was amazing. There is a pool table and the pool was very quiet only ever 1 or 2 people there when I went.

We loved our stay at Gia Huy, it’s in the perfect location to walk to the night markets but avoid the noise of the main streets. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, we were provided with a map of the area and recommendations of things to do/ places to see. Room was clean and bed was comfy, breakfast was superb, would recommend this place for anyone visiting Hoi An!

Staff were amazing and tried hard to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel room was clean.
The hotel itself needs lots of renovation. Furniture in the room is shabby and the bathroom very dated. The pool deck is terrible with rotten wood and old, shabby sunbeds. Such a shame as the hotel has so much potential and the staff deserve a better building to work in. The riverside area could be lovely but again, overgrown and shabby. Breakfast is plentiful but having to order it the night before isn’t great and the pho was the worst we have ever tasted - hubby couldn’t eat it at all. We stuck to eggs and bread after the first day.
Bikes were available but we only managed to get two on one of the four days we stayed - definitely need more to accommodate more guests.
Hotel is a reasonable 20 minute riverside walk from the old town. At only £38 a night, the clean room and helpful staff made it an okay stay, but we wouldn’t return.
