The room was pretty clean and staff was friendly. The pool area wasn’t too clean and smelt bad. The kiddos had fun though.

Overall, I had a good experience at Great Wolf Lodge, and my kids absolutely loved it. The only negative experience was the elevator incident. The elevator dropped and then began shaking, and we were stuck inside for about 20 minutes. I reported the incident to the front desk, but unfortunately, no one followed up afterward to check whether I or my children were okay.
This was especially concerning because I had recently undergone wrist surgery, which made the incident even more stressful and concerning for me. I appreciate the fun experience my kids had, but I believe the situation should have been handled with more concern and follow-up from the hotel staff.
