Beautiful Japanese garden! After a long International flight, it helps to rest while looking at the relaxing garden and pond. The room size is quite generous and furnished with bathroom essentials. The 7 Eleven in the building is very practical for currency withdrawal and basic needs. I love their concierge team (especially the lovely lady who helped with calling taxis and buses for guests ), location is great for transit (airport limousine bus & near Shinagawa station).

Outstanding stay! The hotel was in an excellent location and offered exceptional service from start to finish. The property was beautifully landscaped with several varieties of cherry blossom trees, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The blossoms were especially stunning when illuminated at night, while the grounds felt peaceful and serene during the day. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest train station, making it easy and convenient to explore the area. Breakfast was available on-site for an additional fee and featured excellent food quality with a great selection of fresh options. The combination of beautiful surroundings, attentive staff, and delicious dining made for a memorable experience. Highly recommended.
