This is a perfect hotel for a short stay in Paris.
The staff are friendly and the hotel is in a good location which feels authentic and is a 20min metro to all the major sites.
Some of the facilities were old showing signs of wear and tear, and the shower room in the in the single room was the size of a wardrobe. But the bedroom and bedding were clean and relatively comfortable.
If you plan on visiting Paris and are looking for a well priced hotel to use as a base to sleep and get ready in this is a perfect hotel.
I am a returning guest and will most likely return again for similar trips

Very convenient and accessible to the tourist places. We arrived earlier than the check in time but we were accommodated.

The room was clean but there were other issues. The room was slanted in a very noticable degree, like it´s sinking on one side. So when we stood in the room we didńt feel level and everything rolled to one side. The air conditioner leaked a lot so we had to put a towel under it on the floor. And we had no control of it, it is controlled in the reception so you have to call them to adjust your room temperature. We were on the third floor so to get to it, the elevator takes you to 2 1/2 floors up and you have to get out and climb up spiral stairs to go to 3 or down to get to 2. Not great when you have to carry heavy luggage. The tub was pealing inside, the door on it is cut in half so when you are showering, water splashes out on the toilet and floor so all around the edge of the wall it looks rotted and dirty, it was also dirty around the base of the shower door. Over all, we were disappointed on the condition of the hotel but it was located in a good area. We didn’t pay the extra for the breakfast, and after we saw the condition of the room, we were glad we didn’t.
