The receptionist was very helpful. She provided us with options to travel to the airport. We booked through her and were extremely happy with the service. She also suggested a nearby great restaurant. We had trouble connecting to the WiFi which we received assistance with. The only disappointment was that we did not receive the free bottle of sparkling wine that we were supposed to receive.

The apartment was clean and in a great location, within walking distance to many of the main attractions in the city and with great restaurants, little mini markets, coffee shops and bakeries close by.

the room was nice, had the basic kitchen needs, the bed was good. The shower was ok, but very small
