We enjoyed our stay here … check-in was easy and quick. All the staff members we interacted with were friendly, professional and kind. The breakfast was good and the staff worked diligently to keep everything stocked and clean.
The rooms are very small but up-to-date and comfortable. As with other hotels, only shampoo and body wash is provided (no hair conditioner or lotion). Happily, Kleenex tissues are included, as is a hairdryer. Ice is available in the lobby. We did not try the lounge bar but it looked inviting.
The location is walkable to the main sites in Trier - about 20 minutes thru nice neighborhoods. There is a nice walking trail along the river behind the hotel with a restaurant or two.

Stayed here instead of Luxembourg for a work trip to Grevenmacher and it worked out much better. Trier is very close and convenient with plenty of options for shopping and food. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Only downside was parking, which was very difficult after 6 pm, otherwise an excellent hotel.

Everything was as expected. Clean, tidy pleasant staff, liked that we could get a takeaway coffee after breakfast. The only issue is the location, it's a one way system with limited parking outside the hotel. My recommendation if you can't see spaces pull up outside the reception doors check in and you can pay for a barriered car parking space otherwise you'll have a 10 minute loop to get to the hotel. I would use the hotel again, 15/20 minute walk to the centre
