My room did not overlook the beach. The breakfast smelled good and there were a lot of people there every morning. I did not try it because I was unsure of what kitchen it was prepared in. The room got very muggy but when we turned on the air, it was very loud and we could not sleep. Other than that the staff were very nice and the room was clean. It was a good location for the soccer tournament. It was not worth the price though.

Highly recommended hotel. Perfect location to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. The price was fair. Our room and the hotel itself was clean and quiet. Dining area is kind of small but the complimentary breakfast was great with multiple options. The parking lot is tight if you’re in a big vehicle but it’s free and we didn’t have any issues finding an open spot. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to OC.
