This area of the boardwalk can be shady at night but if you are about the pool and beach its perfect! The staff made it for us. Flora left us towel animals and she was the sweetest.

The hotel is located on the boardwalk. Nice, clean rooms. The only problem we encountered was the extra cost once you arrive. Expedia was paid in full online but when we arrived, we were charged an extra 69$ by Park Place. They charge you for parking, taxes and fees. Was not happy that you pay online and then get charged again upon arrival.

It’s a great place to stay the issue was the extra “parking pass fee” $67 to park in a parking lot … like come on we paid 500 a night it wasn’t cheap and it doesn’t come with a parking pass… it wasn’t a covered lot and it wasn’t a valet parking so it just annoyed me and I also was thinking of staying another night and the lady at the desk said there was plenty of rooms available but she couldn’t help just adding a night to the same room or moving us to a different from day 1 so it could be a continued stay so we would have had to check out at 11 and then move the car and came back and check in at 4 so clearly that wasn’t happening we wanted an added day not to do all that
Other then those 2 issues it’s a great place and we stayed there last year too
