5 stars all around. I booked this stay as a gift for my wife’s 40th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help make it special for her. They had a bottle of champagne waiting in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated.
My wife and her friends had an amazing experience and spoke very highly of the service, the atmosphere, and the overall stay. The team was warm, attentive, and made the celebration feel memorable from start to finish.
Thank you again for helping make such an important birthday even more special. Highly recommend.

The staff is very helpful and attentive. The facilities are great. On my stay a power outage occurred. The staff upgraded my room. I am so grateful. Thanks Villa Montana.
