I recently stayed at the West Edmonton Mall Inn and overall had a very positive experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, especially for anyone visiting West Edmonton Mall.
The only disappointing part of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, it was the poorest hotel breakfast I have encountered in North America so far. The selection was extremely limited, and aside from hard-boiled eggs there was virtually no real food available. Guests expecting even a basic hotel breakfast with a reasonable variety of hot or substantial options will likely be disappointed. While I appreciate that breakfast is included, the quality, variety, and overall offering fall well below what I would expect from a hotel.
Everything else was great, but the breakfast needs major improvement and did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel offering complimentary breakfast.

The room is very spacious and clean. the floor is hardwork and better than carpet. The air conditioner is working perfectly but it cannot provide heat when the weather became old at night time.
