Staff are very helpful, even though i cannot speak japanese.

Great hotel for the price. Bigger rooms than standard Japanese rooms too. Very clean, close to train station, car parking available and very friendly staff.
Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel!! Everything is clean, staff is super friendly and always willing to help. It’s super close to train station and about 20-25 min walk to Hirosaki castle or by bus. Lots of places to eat around.
Visitor center across the street at train station. Recommend visiting that to help plan itinerary etc.
They also have cheap car parking if renting a car.
Will be staying here again when visiting Hirosaki.

A very nice hotel I stayed at with my wife. Nothing to complain about, just nice things.
Especially the included breakfast, typical of Toyoko Inn.
